Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your bank or payment provider).


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply)
  3. Contact your bank (refunds may take time to appear)

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
